Rajendra has over 26 years of rich experience working with large generic pharmaceutical companies like Dr Reddys, Glenmark, Ranbaxy and Sun Pharmaceutical handling a diverse set of roles spanning across projects, process engineering, technology transfer, production and business development.

Rajendra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from NIT, Rourkela and has done Strategic management program from IIM, Ahmedabad. He is working with Navin Fluorine since Apr’ 2020.

Jordi has been working in the pharma and speciality chemicals industry for nearly 30 years and for the past 18 years has been working exclusively in commercial roles.

He had previously worked at Navin as European head of business development (from 2012 to 2017), and for the past six and a half years has been leading the European business development team for Asymchem Laboratories, a China-headquartered, global CDMO.

Jordi re-joined Navin on October 1st, 2023 and will assume responsibilities for all customer-facing activities, including business development and project management, and reports directly to the CEO. He is a graduate of the University of Central Lancashire (Chemistry) and currently resides in Cambridge, UK.

Raghavendar Rao heads Process and Analytical R&D at Navin Molecular. He has more than 20 years’ experience in Healthcare and Pharma Industries, specifically CDMO and API generics.

He is a synthetic organic chemist by training, with a PhD and Post-Doc from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK. His previous experience includes stints at Syngene International, Piramal Pharma Solutions,
Sai Life Sciences, Dr Reddy’s and Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Ajay is a senior executive in the biopharma and chemical space with over 30 years’ of experience. His industry prowess from holding global positions, managing business development teams and operations that have propagated strong international relationships.

It has enabled him to build unique business strategies with a customer centric focus driving R&D initiatives, establishing brands & commercial supply management in the biopharma and chemical space.

Matthew heads-up our European business development team and is responsible for strategic key accounts. He joined Navin in 2015 and set up the project management function, building an international team to manage both pre-sales (RFP evaluation and quoting) and project delivery coordination (technical oversight and customer communication), and transitioned into his current commercial role in early 2023.

Matthew is a synthetic organic chemist by training: he has a DPhil from the University of Oxford, UK, completed a Post-Doc at the University of Texas, USA, and has more than 15 years’ experience in techno-commercial roles in customer facing positions.
