1967
Our organization is founded as the first integrated Asian fluorochemicals company, outside of Japan, producing HF, refrigerant gases, and a range of inorganic fluorides.
1978
A speciality chemicals facility is established at our site in Dewas to produce alkylated anilines and toluidines.
1996
Manchester Organics is founded at University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) as a provider of novel fluorinated building blocks.
2006
Manchester Organics relocate to The Heath Business & Technology Park, Runcorn, allowing them to expand their custom synthesis and research capabilities.
2008
Navin Fluorine win the prestigious CHEMEXCIL Second Award under the ‘Large Scale Sector, Chemicals Panel’ for outstanding export performance.
2009
Dedicated business unit established to provide contract manufacturing and development services for high-quality starting materials and intermediates. Pilot plant and R&D laboratories are commissioned in Dewas.
2011
Navin Fluorine take a controlling stake in Manchester Organics to extend our experience for more complex fluorination projects and expand our pipeline of speciality fluoro-organics.
2015
A second cGMP multi-purpose plant is commissioned at our Dewas site. Navin Fluorine complete the acquisition of Manchester Organics, and fully integrate them into the Contract Research and Manufacturing Services division.
2020
Our third cGMP multi-purpose plant at our Dewas site begins commercial production. Navin Fluorine is included in Forbes Asia’s Best under a Billion 2020. Recognised for their growth and innovation.
2022
Dedicated hydrogenation block is commissioned at Dewas.
2023
The Navin Molecular brand is launched, unifying our global contract development and manufacturing services from our UK and India facilities, and emphasising our experience and capabilities beyond fluorination.
