Dr. Vijay Kaiwar is the CEO of the CDMO business at Navin Molecular, where he is responsible for leading strategy, operations, and growth of the company’s Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization. Based at Dewas, he drives the expansion of capabilities, customer partnerships, and technology platforms to strengthen Navin Molecular position as a trusted global partner in life sciences.

With over 30 years of experience in the CDMO and API sectors, Dr. Kaiwar brings deep expertise in R&D, technology transfer, manufacturing, operations, and commercial management. His knowledge spans advanced technologies including small and large molecules, HPAPIs, ADCs, peptides, oligonucleotides, fermentation, and probiotics, along with a strong track record of building global partnerships with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
